It should be mentioned that there are a couple steep stretches to the road that leads to this house. The guest bedroom (full), which features a gorgeous vintage bedstead and pretty view of birch trees in the meadow, is tucked down a short hall, which has a second bathroom. The living space flows into a new kitchen, with fab chunky chopping block island, again with glass doors leading out to the deck.
The cathedral-ceilinged living room and dining area offer a generous amount of space and comfortable seating (includes a pull out sofa), with the added coziness of a wood stove. The master bedroom also has a really terrific wood-paneled bathroom en suite, including a tiled, glass-enclosed shower. Step through to the deck, which runs the length of the building, and hop in the hot tub and relaaaaax. In the master bedroom (queen), for example, a claw foot tub is situated just so, for soaking in the panorama, through the glass doors. After a short cooperation with writer Slavko Draginčić, Kerac became the complete author of the comic As writer, Kerac started to incorporate humor and allusions to various films, other comics and rock music, mostly heavy metal, into stories, which led some readers and critics to believe that Cat Claw was a parody of superhero comics.Set up high on Wildcat Mountain, the private, 5 acre property enjoys mesmerizing views of Red Hill in the distance, which can be appreciated from many spots in the house given all the sliding glass doors.
Soon after, Obradović, due to various obligations, had to drop his work on Cat Claw. It even included a cameo appearance of Peter Parker.
The first episode, 'Bane Claws', written by Obradović, was very much in the Marvel Comics style. Kerac chose to retain Cat Claw, which allowed him to emulate the work of one of his idols, John Romita. He was busy with his Kobra comic book, so one of the characters had to be dropped. Kerac stated in a 1991 interview: 'I tried to imagine what the wet dream of every male pig would look like, and Cat Claw was the answer.' Kerac penciled several pages and they were shopped around the Belgrade inkers, but most of them disliked the concept of the comic. Their suggestions included Gea, a Red Sonja-type character, Cyborg, a Terminator-type character, and Cat Claw, a female version of Spider-Man. Of the creators solicited, only Branislav Kerac and Svetozar Obradović responded. In the early 1980s, the publisher Dečje novine and editor Sibin Slavković called for comic strips that would resemble American superhero comics for their magazine YU Strip.
